Right now, the Aussie dollar seems to take some break. Or it may sense some uncertainty over the global economy.

And later this week, we all experienced somewhat bullish in the stock market. Yet, that would be temporary - the earning surprise may sounds good - yet no one knows. Remember, most businesses cut the employment rate to endure their financial sustainability. Even Microsoft was not exception - they cut job openings.

And Ukraine between Russia seem to make some negotiation - which triggered the wheat price to fall. Remember, this is not a permanent and Russia attacked Ukraine just less than a day they made the aggrement. Hold on, none of these rumors were not confirmed in my sight - except that wheat export issue.

 

So, two things are confirmed: (1) wheat export may begin (2) no conditions for a peace negotiation for now

And if you forgot about the variant issue of Covid-19, get ready to face the fear. This 'centaurus covid' is seriously underestimated by the public. More people will stay in sickbay, and more people will lose their life like years ago. 

 

Hence, I do not see any significant reason for AUD to fly high - like 2011.
